We’re on a mission to end communication chaos.

Our mission is to give high-value teams a single source of truth, replacing the chaos of email with the clarity of a dedicated briefing room. We believe that great work happens when communication is simple, secure, and transparent.

The Story Behind Clarevis

Clarevis was born not in a boardroom, but from the real-world frustration of managing high-stakes client projects. As a consultant, our founder, Harsh Vardhan, saw firsthand how the most critical work was being managed in systems built for chaos. Endless "Reply All" email chains, buried attachments, and the constant anxiety of "who has the latest version?" weren't just minor inconveniences—they were strategic flaws that eroded trust and created risk.

The breaking point was a single, misplaced email that nearly derailed a major project. It became clear that there had to be a better way. The existing tools were either too complex, forcing teams into rigid processes, or too simple, offering little more than a shared folder.

The vision was for a tool that felt as simple as an email but operated with the security and structure of a digital vault: a private, chronological, and unforgeable record for every project. That vision became Clarevis.

Our Philosophy

  • Clarity over Complexity. We believe software should reduce cognitive load, not add to it. Every feature is designed to be intuitive, providing a clear path from question to answer.
  • Security by Default. High-value work demands high-value security. We believe privacy and security shouldn't be an afterthought or a premium add-on; they are fundamental to building trust.
  • Calm, Focused Work. The constant "ping" of notifications and status checks destroys deep work. By providing a single source of truth, we empower teams to work asynchronously and clients to self-serve updates, creating a calmer, more productive environment for everyone.
